1. Who we are

Welliox is run by the Welliox team. You can reach us through the contact page. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Using Welliox

  • Welliox is offered free of charge as a self-reflection tool for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not take the check; ask a parent, guardian or school counsellor for age-appropriate help instead.
  • It is not a medical or psychological service and does not provide a diagnosis, treatment or professional advice. Please read the disclaimer.
  • Please answer honestly for yourself. Take the check only for yourself, not to assess another person.

3. What you may not do

  • Harm, overload or try to break into the site, or send automated or bulk submissions.
  • Copy the questions, articles or design in bulk, or present Welliox content as your own.
  • Use a person's result for decisions about their employment, insurance, credit or similar matters, or present a result as a medical or clinical finding.
  • Use the email feature to send messages to people who have not asked for them.

4. Content and ownership

The questions, texts, design and software on this site belong to Welliox or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use your own result for personal purposes, including saving, printing and sharing it. You may link to our pages and share them on social media.

5. Links to other websites

Articles link to public sources such as health services and the World Health Organization. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service, including the questions and scoring, and we may update these terms. The date of the latest change is shown at the end of this page; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

7. Liability

Welliox is provided free and "as is". It gives general information and is not a substitute for professional care, so please do not rely on it for medical, psychological, legal or financial decisions. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on your result. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Privacy

How your answers and any email address are handled is described on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are for the competent courts of the Kingdom. An Arabic version of these terms will be provided.
