About
A simple way to take stock
Welliox helps you notice how five areas of your life are going, and gives you a few practical things to try next.
What the check measures
Five areas: Emotional, Career & Purpose, Physical, Financial and Social. Each has six short statements. You say how true each one has been for you over the past four weeks. Two extra "life ladder" questions ask where you stand today and where you expect to stand in five years.
How your result is worked out
- Each answer is turned into a 0 to 100 scale, flipping the few negatively worded statements so a higher number always means better.
- An area's score is the average of its statements. The overall score is the average of the five areas.
- Scores fall into four bands: Flourishing, Steady, Stretched and Needs support. The cut-offs are provisional and will be refined as the check is tested.
- Your strongest area and your focus area are simply the highest and lowest of the five.
What it cannot do
Welliox is a self-reflection tool. It does not diagnose, treat or replace professional care, and a score is a snapshot of a few weeks, not a verdict on you. See the disclaimer for where to find support.
