Your Welliox result has several parts. Here is how to read each one without reading too much into it.

Your overall score

The overall score is the average of your five area scores, from 0 to 100. It falls into one of four broad bands:

  • Flourishing (75 and above): most areas are working well.
  • Steady (55 to 74): mostly solid, with room to strengthen a few things.
  • Stretched (35 to 54): several areas are under pressure.
  • Needs support (below 35): a lot feels heavy right now.

These cut-offs are provisional while the check is being tested. Think of the bands as weather forecasts for the past four weeks, not as labels for you as a person.

Your five areas

Emotional, Career & Purpose, Physical, Financial and Social each get their own score. The chart shows the shape of your profile at a glance. A lopsided shape is not bad news; it simply shows where your energy and attention have been going.

Areas affect each other. Poor sleep can drag on mood, money worries can strain relationships, and a heavy workload can crowd out exercise. That is why the plan starts with one area rather than trying to fix everything.

Strength and focus

Your strength is your highest area and your focus is your lowest. If your areas are close together, the focus is only a gentle suggestion. Use your strength too: the habits that keep it high often work elsewhere.

The life ladder

The two ladder questions ask where you stand today and where you expect to stand in five years. The gap matters as much as the numbers:

  • Expecting to climb suggests hope and direction. Turn it into one concrete step this month.
  • Expecting no change is fine if you are content, and worth reflecting on if you are not.
  • Expecting to fall deserves attention. Talking it through with someone you trust can help.

What a low score does and does not mean

A low score means that area has felt hard recently. It does not mean something is wrong with you, that it is permanent, or that you have a medical condition. Welliox cannot diagnose anything.

What to do next

  1. Read the three actions for your focus area and pick one.
  2. Follow the four-week plan, and note how you feel each week.
  3. Retake the check after about four weeks and compare like with like.

When to ask for more help

If several areas stay low for a few weeks, or you feel you are not coping, please talk to your doctor, a counsellor or someone close to you. If you ever feel unsafe, contact your local emergency number straight away. Support information is on the support page.
